An excellent classroom driver training course designed to allow mature drivers to maintain their license longer while driving safely. Course covers driving and road-related topics such as the effects of medication and aging on driving; updated driving rules legislation; license renewal; and collision prevention measures. Also covers mechanical and car issues including ABS braking, front wheel drive, air bags, and more. $15.00 for members, $20.00 for non-members. Community Park Upgrades


As many of you may have heard, the City of Poway is considering rebuilding the buildings in Community Park, including the Weingart Building where the Poway Senior Center is located.  To keep yourself updated, please check the City of Poway website at for any future meetings and/or workshops.
